| Golf Tips For
Success On The The Course
Most golfers are always on the lookout for
golf tips to improve their game and golf swing. Most golf
swing tips are geared toward the physical aspect. The best
thing you can do to improve your game is warm up and stretch.
Start by standing, and making circular motions with your
outstretched arms. Do some toe touches, squats, and twist your
body while standing with your golf club held out in front of
you at chest level.
Stretching is one of the most important tips
for golf. This will help limber up your body and improve golf
swing mechanics. One stretch that will help your backswing is
stand with your arms hanging in front of you. Put your right
hand under your left, so that the backs of your hands are
against each other. Apply pressure against your hands, and
bring your upper body fully into your backswing position and
hold it there for at least 15 seconds. Repeat this a few
times.
Another simple exercise to improve your golf
swing is called a seated twist. You can do this on or off the
course, but it is best achieved with a five pound dumbbell.
Sit on the ground and hold the weight in front of you with
both hands. Lean back slightly, so you feel your stomach
muscles tighten. Keep your legs together, and bent at a ninety
degree angle. Using only your upper body, rotate slowly back
and forth, while keeping your lower body as stable as you can.
Do this 20 times, in sets of three. This is one of the best
natural golf tips, and will greatly help to strengthen your
rotational muscles.
